My Fall garden is coming to an end. We’ve had such nice weather here in Missouri that we’ve been enjoying lettuce, spinach, jalapeños and cucumbers.
I’ve been wanting to make pickles and have just enough to make a batch.
You bring a gallon of water and 2 cups of pickling salt to a boil and then pour it over the cucumbers. They need to be submerged though. I used my canning rack and a plate to get them all under and then a jar of salsa to weight it down.
