Kitchen Organization-canned goods

The organization bug has bit me!  I was making lentil soup this weekend and couldn’t find the cans of chicken broth that I had just bought. My pantry has pull out shelves, but all I see are the tops of the cans.  I waste so much time picking them up to see what they are.

So!  I grabbed a Sharpie and labeled the top of the cans. Now I can quickly see that I have several cans of kidney beans and I’m out of cream of mushroom.  Not only will this speed up cooking time, but help me take a quick inventory when making my grocery list.

It’s just a small step towards getting organized.
