I used a can of mixed nuts that I had on hand from Thanksgiving instead of buying the individual nuts the recipe calls for. After letting them cool and set, I cut them apart. They were still pretty gooey even an hour later. I set them on a plate, drizzled them with chocolate and put them in the fridge.
This really helped them set. I wrapped them individually in wax paper and put them in baggies.
Now we can quickly grab one for the lunch box or a quick snack at home.
You could change up the ingredients and add dried fruit and any type of nuts you like. There are so many possibilities.
This will definitely be a go to recipe!
